Fire Rated Assemblies

Cem-Rock® - Top quality cement board

Cem-Rock® boards are an ideal solution to build fire rated assemblies for both walls and floor applications.

The boards are A1 fire rated and were tested in the assemblies achieving up to 2 hours fire resistance. 

EI60 rating

tested to EN 1364-1 and BS 476-22

  • 15mm Fireline Plasterboard
  • 100mm mild gauge steel studs with 25kg/m3 mineral wool infill
  • 12mm Cem-Rock®

EI90 rating

tested to EN 1364-1 and BS 476-22

  • 2x15mm Fireline Plasterboard
  • 150mm mild gauge steel studs with 22kg/m3 mineral wool infill
  • 12mm Cem-Rock®

EI60 rating

tested to EN 1364-1

  • 15mm Fireline Plasterboard
  • 90mm mild gauge steel studs with  28kg/m3 mineral wool infill
  • 12mm Cem-Rock® eXtreme X4
